Passionate About Inspiring Others
Growing up in a blue-collar community, I was taught the principle of being a good neighbor. Mid-western hospitality is a part of my DNA. Through my educational and work experiences, I have learned how powerful serving others can be. My work experience has allowed me to serve in sales, management as well as unionized employment.
I have identified one principle that produces success across all of these very different platforms. That principle is, setting the next person up for success. Setting others up for success is a part of me, as much as is taking my next breath. I become energized when I have the opportunity to see others find success.
